1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PTEarn (the "Application" or "Service"), operated by BYouForever Ecommerce, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using PTEarn, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Earning and Payouts

Users can earn rewards by successfully completing part-time jobs, micro-tasks, surveys, or promotional offers. Rewards are credited only after a task submission is reviewed and "APPROVED" by the task creator or our moderation team. BYouForever Ecommerce reserves the right to withhold payouts for fraudulent, low-quality, or abusive submissions.

4. Task Creation and Payments

Businesses and individuals posting tasks must fund the tasks upfront. A platform fee (and applicable taxes such as GST) may be charged. Once a task is submitted and payment is verified, it will be available to workers. BYouForever Ecommerce acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee the completion time of tasks by independent users.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, using VPNs/proxies to bypass regional restrictions, or providing false information.

6. Modifications

BYouForever Ecommerce reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
